Opposition Leader Tony Abbott opened the LNP campaign office for the newly established Federal Seat of Wright on 12 February 2010.

Hajnal Ban is the LNP candidate for the seat of Wright, which was named after Australian poet Judith Wright.

The seat takes in parts of the Gold Coast and Logan City Councils and all of the Lockyer and Scenic Rim Regional Councils.

The campaign office is based in Beaudesert.
